87 persons were said to be kidnapped on Sunday night as terrorists attacked the Kajuru-Station community in Kajuru Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
According to reports, the terrorists who invaded the village around 10 pm had carted away foodstuffs and valuables after breaking into some shops as well.
It would be recalled that 15 women and a man had been abducted in the Dogon-Noma of same Local Government just two days past.
The source was quoted as saying: “As of the time I visited the community this morning, security operatives have not been drafted to help restore the confidence of the villagers.
“The villagers are traumatic with the sad development. The government needs to re-strategise in tackling these terrorists,” he said.
