Jellof spaghetti and beans recipe

Beans and spaghetti is a very weird but nice combination, it is simple to make and very healthy.

Ingredients

A packet of spaghetti

3 cups beans

Seasoning Cube

A sachet of seasoning powder

1 medium sized Onions

Grounded fresh pepper

1/4 cup groundnut oil

1 Sachet Tomatoes paste

1/2 cup Crayfish

Salt

An egg or two

Procedures

Pick and wash beans. Put it in a clean pot and parboil for 15minutes, then drain the water. Pour in fresh clean water into the beans and cook till soft.

Parboil spaghetti for 10minutes and drain the water. Set Aside.

Heat your oil and fry tomatoes with onions and a pinch of salt till tomato is done. Add water, grounded crayfish, sachet of seasoning, seasoning cube, salt to taste, fresh grounded pepper and stir. Cook mixture for about 3 – 5minutes.

Add beans and spaghetti into the mixture and stir. Cook till water dries out.

Serve with boiled Egg.
