    New year is a very important day in every ones life. Why not start the day with a delightful meal.

    New Year is the time or day currently at which a new calendar year begins and the calendar’s year count increments by one. It can also be seen as when the earth complete one resolution around the sun.

    This day is seen as a special day to some people while to others it can be seen as just a normal day. Either way, special food are known to bring good luck when eaten on this special day and they are listed below.

    1. Porridge Black Eyed Peas: New Year won’t be complete without a bowl of this good luck charm, as the Southerners would say. But even back home, black eyed peas is always a New Year staple.
