There are a good number of anti-aging therapy you could do to achieve a wrinkle free and glowing skin’

I’ll be sharing with you some food, fruits and vegetables you can eat to stay younger and avoid those wrinkles you so much dread.

2. Watercress

The health benefits of watercress cannot be overemphasized. This healthy vegetable possesses the following nutritional components: Calcium, Phosphorus, Manganese, Potassium and Vitamins A, C, K, B-1, and B-2.

Watercress acts as an internal skin antiseptic, increases the circulation and delivery of minerals to all cells of the body, resulting in enhanced oxygenation of the skin.

There is presence of vitamins A and C in the watercress. The antioxidants in watercress may neutralize harmful free radicals, helping to keep fine lines and wrinkles away.

3. Sweet potatoes

5. Red bell pepper

Red bell pepper is rich in antioxidants which makes tops when it comes to anti-aging. It also contains vitamin C which is good for collagen production. The red bell pepper also has a powerful antioxidants called carotenoids.

Carotenoids are plant pigments responsible for the bright red, yellow, and orange colors you see in many fruits and vegetables. They have a variety of anti-inflammatory properties responsible to the protect the skin from sun damage, pollution, and environmental toxins.

6. Nuts
