AY Makun, Nigerias popular comedian and actor, has filed a lawsuit against one Agozi Samuel a comedian as well, for his malicious accusations against him which suggested that he was having an extra marital affair with Yul Edochie’s estranged wife, May Edochie.
- An online video presently in circulation accuses AY of causing marital discord between Yul and his wife May Eochie, as AY intends marrying her after the separation with Yul.
In the petition dated January 24, AY, through his lawyers, AY accused Agozi of criminal defamation and cyberstalking and requested his arrest and prosecution.
The petition party read, “The said publication alleges that our client is involved in an extramarital affair with one May Eodchie, the wife of Yul Eodchie and that our client was responsible for the marital crisis between May and her husband.”
in another video, Agozi also asserted that AY is not the biological father of his second daughter with his wife as his gateman has been having an affair and carnal knowledge of his wife for over five years now.
