Okpa which is a popular delicacy in the Eastern part of Nigeria, is made with Bambara nuts or seeds and as such, it’s benefits are Enormous.

The name Okpa is attributed to the Igbos, hausas and yorubas call it “Kwaruru” and  “Epa-Roro” respectively.
