Dr Cairo Ojougboh, a former member of the House of Representatives member representing Ika Federal constituency of Delta State is dead.
Cairo, a politician and Chieftain of The All Progressive Congress was said to have passed away while watching the AFCON 2023 semi-final match between the Super Eagles of Nigeria and the Bafana Bafana of South Africa.
The politician, who was a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, was said to have passed away on Wednesday evening while watching the AFCON semi-finals match between Nigeria and South Africa.
As of the time of filing this report, his family has yet to issue a statement on his death.
However, thMr Augustine Ekamagule,the Publicity Secretary of Agbor Community Union, reported the death of the Delta State politician, Punch online stated.
He said, “According to the President General of the Agbor Community Union, Chief Laurence Onyeche, Ojougboh died in Abuja while watching the football match of Nigeria vs South Africa.
