Scrambled eggs are one of the little luxuries of everyday life. They’re easy to cook, not time consuming, creamy and rich in nutrients.

Ingredients
Eggs
Milk
Butter/ olive oil/ vegetable oil
Salt
Pepper
Onion
Carrots (optional)
Green beans/peas (optional)
Tomato (optional)
Procedures
- Whisk eggs, salt, onion and pepper in a small bowl until the yolk and whites are thoroughly combined.
- Add a little milk, and whisk again, until you achieve an even yellow color, with no translucent spots or streaks. You could add some veggies (carrots and green beans/peas and tomatoes).
- Melt a little butter in non-stick skillet pan (you could use a frying pan) over medium heat. You could also get a small brush and brush the pan with a little oil.
- Pour in egg mixture and reduce heat to medium-low. As eggs begin to set, gently move spatula across bottom and side of skillet to form large, soft curds.
- Cook until eggs are thickened and no visible liquid egg remains, but the eggs are not dry. Endeavor to stir the eggs every few seconds.
