Will Smith, a popular actor lost his cool at the OSCAR awards on Sunday when Chris Rock insensitively made an joke about his wife.
The actor stormed the stage amidst stares from others present and struck the comedian for comparing his wife Jada Pinkett Smith’s tightly cropped hair to Demi Moore’s appearance in the film “G.I. Jane”.
Smith who didn’t find the joke funny, yelled at Chris to keep his wife’s name out of His Mouth.
The outburst has sparked reactions from people all over the world as some termed his action as not deserving of an award afterwards while others applauded him for standing up for his wife.
Will Smith who won the Oscar as best actor for his role in the movie, King Richard later apologised to the audience for his behaviour and stated that sometimes love make you do really crazy things.
Jada Pinkette Smith, wife of Will Smith, has a hair loss condition called Alopecia.
The Actress after much struggle and encouragement from her daughter, unveiled the condition to the world late last year, and has since rocked a shaved hair to events and outings.
